I am Mechanical Engineer who has completed his engineering education from Govt. Institute in 1990. I started my career as Teacher at Govt. Technical Institute, where I worked for few months only because I got another opportunity to teach at Govt. Industrial Training Institute. I was Welder Instructor there. Actually, I like teaching job but due to some reasons I left this job also and joined a private limited company called Nagpur Fabriforg as Production Engineer.

This is LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) cylinder manufacturing company. Where all types of domestic and industrial cylinders are manufactured. As a Production Engineer, I got an opportunity to handle a team of 150 workers. Along with technical experience, I learned very much about human psychology. Every human has different abilities and skills and to handle them you required too much patience. The important lesson of life I learned there. In my early days, I was not so patient and resigned from the post, headed towards Mumbai in search of another job.

At Mumbai, I worked for Chicago Pneumatic (India) Ltd. A multinational company working in the field of Air Compressor (Which is taken over by Atlas Capco). As a Service Engineer, I visited too many big and small companies in many states of India. The major ones are Mahindra & Mahindra, Parle Bisleri, Birla Group, Tata Group, Air India, Bharat Petroleum Co Ltd., Rashtriya Chemical & fertilizer Ltd. Etc.

Here I got very vast experience in Reciprocating & Screw Air Compressor. But my nature always pushes me to find something new. I enter in the field of Welding Technology, which is close to my first job but now working in Pump Technology.

As I said earlier, I like teaching job but in my early days, my financial condition doesn’t allow me to do so. Now I got a very wonderful platform to reach to you, called Blogging. I want to share my knowledge with you. For this, you just have to subscribe to email. So you will get all my expertise directly in your mailbox.
